Grateful for Exceptional Care
I was recently admitted to Suwasevana Hospital from June 22nd to June 26th due to Dengue fever. My platelet count fell to 5,000, a critical state, yet the doctors and staff provided outstanding care during my stay. The nursing team and all hospital personnel were incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. They monitored my condition around the clock, ensuring I received top-notch care at all times. I'm truly thankful for their dedication and commitment. A special shoutout to Dr. Ranapanawa, who treated me promptly and managed my condition effectively. His timely care significantly contributed to my recovery. There were some initial challenges in securing a room due to unavailability. We arrived at the hospital at about 11:15 PM and only got a room around 2:00 AM. Since standard rooms were full, I had to opt for the Executive Suite, which cost approximately LKR 23,500 per day. My total expenses for the Dengue treatment came to around LKR 358,000. While the treatment and care were excellent, I believe the costs might be a bit steep for middle-class families. Overall, despite the initial room delay and the high costs, I am very grateful for the exceptional treatment, care, and hospitality I received at Suwasevana Hospital. Thank you to the entire team for aiding in my recovery.
