The service here is extremely poor. Although they advertise 24-hour service, I’ve been trying to call since this morning and have received no response. The staff seems very unprofessional, and the service quality is just awful.

I have no negative remarks about Dr. Nawaz; he is excellent. However, he really needs to improve his team's customer service skills. They seem completely unaware of how to handle phone calls, even worse than staff at government offices or pharmacies. The service was terrible. 👎👎

Please improve the customer service. It's very poor; the staff doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Every interaction feels angry. Very unpleasant experience with one particular lady.

The service here is awful. The staff seems to operate on their own schedule, opening and closing whenever they feel like it. When we tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. NJ and collect the report, we found out he had already closed for the day.
