    Terrible Customer Service Experience

    I had a really disappointing encounter with the customer service here. On October 9, 2025, at 12:20 AM, I called the receptionist to inquire about a massage since my body was in pain. She confirmed that a massage was available, specifically for Norma, for 45 minutes at 4000. I decided to go to the spa, but the actual massage lasted only 5 to 10 minutes, even though I was charged the full 4000. I really don't appreciate being treated this way. I will definitely tell others to avoid this place.
