Disappointing Massage Experience

My experience was quite disappointing. I spent more than LKR 20,000 on a full body massage, but the service fell short of what I expected. Unlike several other locations that typically provide a warm herbal drink or some form of hospitality prior to the session, there was absolutely nothing offered here.
