Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff

I wish I could give these people minus stars. They harassed me for an hour without even starting the treatment because they didn’t follow the proper protocol of providing check-in cards and assessing clients beforehand. Terrible, terrible people. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The service is cheap, and the management is ruining what could be a good brand. I'm so disappointed. Avoid this place if you have any health issues. They aren't trained to handle such cases, and the so-called in-house doctors are neither on-site nor qualified enough to assist over the phone.

Great therapists, but many issues

The massage therapists were excellent, but the Bambalapitiya location we visited had several problems. There was construction outside that made parking difficult, and there was no security to assist us in finding alternative parking. We also faced a power outage, and when the generator failed, the store became uncomfortably hot. The changing room lacked clothes hooks, and I couldn't tell if it was meant for changing or if it was just an office storage area, given the door connecting to an office. The treatment room was extremely quiet, so I ended up playing some spa music from YouTube to help me relax. It would have been better if the staff had offered to book a reservation at a different branch, especially since they knew the generator was down.

Disappointed with massage service

I was very let down by this location. I specifically scheduled a 90-minute massage with hot compress for $47, but instead, I received just a 60-minute massage without the hot compress for $44. They charged me nearly the same price for the shorter session, claiming they had another booking. There was no explanation or attempt to resolve this issue during or after the massage.

Great foot ritual experience

Today, my daughter and I enjoyed the ultimate foot ritual. Nabeeha at the reception was extremely polite and accommodating, explaining everything with a friendly smile. Our therapists, Peshala and Surangi, provided excellent service, making us both feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the treatment. Great job, and keep up the high standards!
