The Shine Spa located on the 3rd floor stands out as one of the best features of the hotel. We enjoyed massages nearly every day, and the treatments were outstanding with highly skilled therapists. Everything was soothing and well-executed. The prices are reasonable, especially compared to many other hotel spas. The reception team consistently greeted us with warmth, making us feel at home. I scheduled a 90-minute massage along with a 15-minute lymphatic face massage, and those 105 minutes were pure bliss. The spa is tranquil, tidy, and well-maintained, featuring fantastic amenities. The prices are also quite reasonable. My therapist, Chandrima, was exceptional—very courteous and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit...

I walked in on a whim, only to find they were fully booked. The only service available was a 40-minute back treatment, which I decided to try. It ended up being a wonderfully relaxing experience! I’ll definitely return for a full body treatment in the future.
