Great doctors, but staff needs improvement
I recently visited this hospital and found the doctors to be very professional, skilled, and caring. However, my overall experience was marred by the supporting staff. They seem to communicate with patients in an unprofessional manner, lacking the polite and friendly approach that's crucial in a hospital setting where patients are already feeling stressed and anxious. Basic elements like a welcoming smile, kind words, and clear guidance are noticeably absent. It appeared that many staff members were either overwhelmed or under pressure, possibly due to heavy workloads or ineffective management. Instead of approaching patient interactions with calmness and empathy, they often dealt with situations inconsistently, which added unnecessary stress for both patients and their families who are already facing health issues. Hospitals aren't solely about having great doctors; the overall service quality relies on both medical treatment and the care that patients receive during their visit. Given that this is a paid service, patients justifiably expect proper attention, respect, and professionalism from all staff. The management ought to take customer feedback seriously and focus on training staff in communication, patient care, and managing stressful situations effectively. If these concerns are left unaddressed, the hospital's reputation could suffer, despite the presence of outstanding doctors. Overall, I see great potential in this facility, but significant improvements are needed in the professionalism, attitude, and customer care provided by the staff.
