    Highly recommend Sakuki Dental Hospital

    I had a dental issue that another dentist couldn't fix, so I went to Sakuki Dental Hospital last Friday. A female doctor handled my tooth extraction, and despite my fear and confusion, she did an excellent job. I experienced no discomfort or severe pain. I really appreciate the kindness and exceptional service from the doctor. I found this place based on previous reviews and wanted to share my positive experience while highly recommending Sakuki Dental Hospital ❤️🙏

    For years, I've been a patient of Dr. Samantha Kumara Kithalawaarachchi, and visiting Sakuki is always a pleasure. The moment you enter, it doesn't feel like a typical dentist's office. Dr. Kithalawaarachchi and his team exemplify what a dental practice should be. With a friendly and calm demeanor, he takes the time to explain everything he plans to do, including discussing radiology reports and images of my teeth. He’s very open to any questions or concerns, ensuring that I feel fully informed and, most importantly, satisfied. Sakuki embraces the latest technology, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure your comfort. If you feel anxious about dental visits, they work hard to ease your worries. Patient comfort is a top priority for them, regardless of the procedure. I've consistently been impressed with my experiences here, and I want to thank Sakuki for the compassionate and exceptional care they provide. Five stars are truly warranted.     Disappointing experience at the clinic

    My visit to this clinic was quite disappointing. The nursing staff seemed to neglect proper hygiene and infection control, which raised serious concerns. Patients weren’t treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, and the overall demeanor of the staff felt chaotic and unprofessional. The only bright spot was the lady doctor. She was caring, professional, and delivered exceptional care. Sadly, the negative attitude and behavior of the other staff members overshadowed her efforts. I truly hope management takes this feedback to heart and works on enhancing professionalism, patient care, and hygiene standards at the clinic.
