    Exceptional Service and Care

    The staff here are incredibly friendly and deliver excellent service. I went in for a PCR test, and they collected the samples with minimal discomfort, providing me with the report promptly.

    Extremely Disappointing Experience

    I had a terrible experience here. I paid 52,000 for a genetic test, which took four weeks because they had to send it to India. After waiting all that time, I still didn't receive the results due to some "mistakes." It was very disappointing. No one seemed willing to take responsibility for the situation. The communication was awful, and the staff didn't speak English very well. I can't recommend trusting this laboratory. If you need something serious done, look elsewhere. They are not reliable at all.
