Charming spot with great coffee

This is a lovely place featuring beautiful decor and comfortable seating. The cappuccino I had was excellent, though I didn't sample any of their food.

Disappointing experience at the café

We were quite let down by this café. They offered only three very similar breakfast choices, none of which felt unique or justified the price. To make matters worse, we were not permitted to sit outside, even though the café was nearly empty and there was ample space out front. It was odd that only two foreigners were allowed to sit there, making us feel as though locals weren't welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating. That seems really unfair—we’re paying the same amount too. We definitely won't be returning.

Amazing Lattes in Galle

Finding a decent coffee in Galle proved challenging, but Farhath crafts the most incredible lattes. I highly recommend this café and Farhath’s coffees to anyone in search of delicious and expertly made coffee!

Unexpectedly Great Food Experience

I stopped by for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. It was both creative and cooked to perfection, with excellent seasoning. While the venue might not look upscale, the dining experience certainly felt high-end. The courtyard area of the hotel is a wonderful spot to enjoy your meal; it’s bright yet calm, a nice escape from the bustling street outside. Pro tip: Don’t miss the homemade lemonade—it’s amazing!

Great atmosphere, disappointing drinks

While the vibe here is excellent, the drinks left much to be desired. The pineapple juice was mostly watery with hardly any juice flavor, and the mango smoothie didn't impress either.

Delicious vegetarian curry and friendly staff

Charming spot for delicious ice cream

Decent Breakfast with a Quiet Atmosphere

The breakfast options are quite basic, resembling what you'd find at a hotel; if you're searching for authentic Sri Lankan breakfast, this isn't the right spot. The ambiance is pleasant, with a lovely setup that's very calm in the mornings, and the staff are friendly. On the day we visited, there was military training happening across the street, which added an interesting twist as we could observe from the restaurant. The breakfast includes eggs and meat as the main components, along with a small cup of the juice of the day, a fruit plate, toast and a sweet treat, plus your choice of tea or coffee.
