This is one of the few local eateries that cater to residents rather than tourists. The chicken curry soup, vegetable soup, and juices from this food stand are straightforward yet offer excellent value for the cost. Tourists should note that the ingredients for the juices and the hygiene standards might not be on par with those found in tourist-oriented restaurants. Nonetheless, the prices here are much more affordable, often just a quarter or less than what you'd find elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the Army-run restaurant located in Galle Fort! 💚 I ordered a vadai and chicken soup, and both dishes were incredibly flavorful. 🍲 The prices are quite affordable, and the quality is outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Galle Fort! 🇱🇰✨
