Fantastic Surf Lessons Experience

We took private surfing lessons for three consecutive days, just the two of us. After a brief theory session on the beach and some dryland practice, we hit the water. Following each wave, we received helpful feedback on how to improve. It was such a blast; the instructors were not only friendly and professional but also celebrated every little achievement enthusiastically. The pricing was reasonable, and we wished we could have stayed all day. We primarily worked with Sunny, though I can't recall the other instructor's name. However, everyone was incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this experience.

Great surf instruction from Habite

During my time in Arugam Bay, Habite was my instructor. The lessons were top-notch; he pushed me to catch good waves and provided helpful feedback each time I returned from riding a wave. I highly recommend him!

Excellent Surfing Lessons with Lesitha

If you're an experienced surfer looking to take your skills to the next level, this is the place to be. I took a private lesson with Lesitha, who is a former champion surfer from Sri Lanka. I spent 15,000 LKR (around 47 dollars), which is pricier than other surf schools, but it was totally worth it. As a goofy foot, I wanted to improve my right-hand turns. Lesitha provided me with invaluable tips that led to my best backside session ever.

Misleading Pricing Practices

The price they advertised and the actual charge at the location are completely different. They state 3000 per hour, but when you arrive, it’s 6000. This is misleading information.

Misleading Prices Ruin Experience

The prices shown on Google are roughly half of what you actually pay, which is quite misleading. It gives customers the impression they will spend a certain amount, but in reality, the bill is twice as much. It's very disappointing and unfair to patrons. 3000 -> 6000

Great surfing experience for beginners

Excellent Surf Instructor

I had two surf lessons previously, but this instructor made everything much clearer, which really helped me progress. Lesitha is super friendly, patient, and truly committed to helping you learn. I never felt hurried, and he always ensured I grasped each concept. I highly recommend him!
