    Amazing Surf Lessons in Arugam

    During our time in Arugam, we were fortunate to have surf lessons at this surf center, and it was an incredible experience. We'll always treasure the amazing memories we made! The staff is very welcoming and friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The surf instructors are fantastic! Aseef was our instructor for four days, and he made the experience truly special. He's incredibly kind and ensures you have a great time; we highly recommend him—he's like a ray of sunshine! ❤️

    Fantastic Stay at Arugam Bay Surf Center

    Our time at Arugam Bay Surf Center was incredible. Surfing with Haseef was a blast; he made every session enjoyable and taught us a lot. Although we initially planned on staying for six nights, we loved it so much that we extended our stay to thirteen. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist. The camp had a warm atmosphere, and we really appreciated the yoga sessions, ice baths, and tasty food. Aju, the manager, was particularly kind and helpful, whipping up some great meals. The location was ideal, with everything conveniently nearby. A big thank you to everyone at the camp for making our visit so memorable – it was truly a joy. We wholeheartedly recommend Arugam Bay Surf Center and look forward to returning someday.

    An amazing surf camp featuring very welcoming and friendly individuals, skilled surf instructors, and superb organization. The lodging offers all the essentials and is conveniently situated in Arugam Bay. This camp was ideal for us, and we would absolutely return.

    Fantastic Family Stay at Arugam Bay

    What a fantastic experience! As a solo mom traveling with my two boys, aged 9 and 11, we were really well taken care of. The Arugam Bay Surf Center has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. Our rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was delightful. We had a blast with the surfing lessons, and the yoga and ice baths were a great way to relax. The team was absolutely wonderful. Aju (sp) organized an amazing stay and ensured we were well-fed, while Abdul and Haseef were incredibly patient and fun as they taught us how to surf. It was an unforgettable trip, and we definitely plan to return! Thanks so much!

    A Surf Family Experience

    During my time in Arugam Bay, I stumbled upon this place almost by chance, and it turned out to be one of my best choices. The accommodations and amenities are quite basic, but that’s not the main draw. The real reason to come here is the people. The atmosphere feels like a true surf family. Within just one day, you find yourself sharing waves, playing cards, enjoying a few beers, and laughing as if you’ve known everyone forever. A big shoutout to the fantastic team: Cupcake – always there for those early 5:30 am beach drop-offs and afternoon pickups. I appreciate how well you take care of everyone. Haseef – the guy who effortlessly gets you wherever you need, always with a cheerful smile. Haseem – my surf instructor. He is super laid-back, patient, and an excellent teacher. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach. Hubi and Abdul – fantastic instructors who made every session enjoyable. And of course, Baba Haju, the soul of the place. You’ve created more than just a surf camp; you’ve created a family.

    Fantastic Surf Camp Experience

    We spent a week at the surf camp and loved it so much that we extended our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and we had a great time with the surf instructors. Our lessons were with Abdul, who was both professional and entertaining. I highly recommend this surf camp! The location in Arugam Bay is also ideal. We definitely plan to return!

    Excellent Surf Camp Experience

    I had an amazing time at this surf camp in Arugam Bay. The rooms were tidy and the bed was really comfortable. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a must. Everything was exceptionally organized. When it came to surfing, we didn’t have to lift a finger; Abdul, our surf guide, took care of everything and drove us to the surf spot twice daily in a tuk-tuk. I especially loved the local breakfast and the dinner prepared by our host. The camp has a warm, family-like vibe; everyone was friendly and cheerful. The nearby surf spots are perfect for beginners, with accessible waves and not too many people around. I truly have no complaints, and I would happily come back.

The food was fantastic every single day, and the room provided a cozy space to unwind after a day of surfing. What truly set this stay apart were the people. Every staff member was warm and welcoming, fostering a vibe that felt more like a community than just a place to stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Abdul and Haseef, who were exceptional surf instructors. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely wanted everyone to improve while enjoying themselves in the water. If you're searching for a surf camp with great energy, top-notch coaching, tasty food, and a sense of belonging, I highly recommend Arugam Bay Surf Centre. I will definitely return!

    Exceptional Experience at the Surf Center

    I had an amazing experience at the surf center and can fully endorse it! My single room with air conditioning was ideal for relaxing after a day of surfing. It was clean and very cozy. The whole program at the surf center was incredibly well-organized. Every day, breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I was able to relax without any worries – their service was truly comprehensive. The entire team was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. A special shoutout to my surf instructors, Abdul and Haseef. They are both fantastic individuals who taught me to surf with great patience and enthusiasm. Even though I traveled alone and was the only guest at the camp during my stay, I never felt isolated. They welcomed me warmly from the start, creating a friendly, family-like atmosphere. I felt so at ease with them and will always cherish this time together. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. I would return anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the Surf Center to everyone!

    Fantastic Surfing Lessons with Abdul

    We had three surfing lessons with Abdul, and it was an incredible experience. As beginners, we appreciated how Abdul guided us through the surfing techniques and offered helpful tips throughout our learning. Since it was just the two of us with him, we had plenty of opportunities to catch waves and truly enjoy ourselves. Communication was straightforward, as we coordinated via WhatsApp a day ahead, and hotel pickup was included. The surf spot is excellent for both beginners and intermediates. Overall, I highly recommend this experience!
