Poor service and attention

My experience here was terrible. The guy at the counter, wearing a pink shirt, spent a long time on a phone call without noticing the customers who were waiting. He handed me the receipt without even glancing at it and continued chatting away with a smile. Meanwhile, another girl was distracted by TikTok on her phone, completely ignoring the waiting customers. After waiting for a while, I decided to leave, telling them I couldn't wait until his phone call was over. He seemed completely oblivious to what was happening around him. Customers, be cautious when buying medicine here because the staff lacks attention to their work. If they make a mistake, you'll be the one left dealing with the consequences. There are plenty of better options in Nugegoda for quality service and products.
