CCC was once a popular spot in Kandy, but its service has really gone downhill. The wait times are long and the organization is lacking, making for a frustrating experience. It's also strikingly less busy now when compared to Asiri Hospital and Suwasewana Hospital, which seem to provide more efficient service. Overall, it's a letdown compared to how it used to be.

No 63 ccc is the worst place I've ever visited. The washroom near Dr. Sriharanathan's office is extremely unclean. They charge 950 rs per patient just to maintain the building, which is unacceptable. It's really disappointing that they can't accommodate urgent needs for children. I arrived with my wife and two kids for a 5:30 appointment, but we didn’t see the doctor until 7:30. My kids were exhausted and trying to sleep. I even asked the nurse if we could see the doctor early to show our reports, but they were unhelpful. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been to CCC Kandy Medical Centre four times for my father’s treatment with Dr. Yasas Jayasinghe, and each visit has been plagued by significant delays with no accountability. The doctor has been over two hours late for every appointment. Today, our scheduled time was 12:00 noon, but by 1:30 PM, he still hadn’t shown up. This isn’t just an occasional issue; it’s a regular and predictable problem. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude is troubling. When I inquired about delays, they nonchalantly replied that they “don’t know,” treating it as if it were completely normal and not a cause for concern. There’s no attempt to provide information, no apologies, and a complete lack of respect for the time of patients. Patients come here seeking medical care, often accompanied by elderly or unwell family members. Keeping them waiting for hours without any updates is simply unacceptable and, frankly, unprofessional. If you’re considering making an appointment with this doctor, don’t take the scheduled time seriously; it feels more like a suggestion than a firm commitment.

I am very disappointed. The doctors consistently arrive later than scheduled. They're usually around 40 minutes late, but during my visits, I often waited over an hour, and sometimes even more than two hours. It’s truly frustrating. This has been a daily occurrence.

There’s a serious issue with time management here, and it’s affecting patients. They are not following the order in which patients are called. For instance, when number 15 is up, number 2 comes in between, disrupting the order. The guidance for patients is unclear, especially in Dr. Agith Kulathne's cardiology room. What’s the point of issuing numbers if they aren’t being adhered to? It leaves patients in a frustrating situation while they wait.
