Extremely poor delivery service

Extremely poor delivery service! My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but I still haven’t received my parcel. Instead of delivering it to my address, they are asking me to come and collect it from their branch or arrange a PickMe delivery myself. What is the point of a delivery service if customers have to do all the work themselves? Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I still haven’t received my parcel as of this afternoon. I would not recommend this service.

Terrible service and missing package

I am really let down by the service today. My package didn’t arrive on time, and now it’s completely missing. This is totally unacceptable. I attempted to reach the Ja-ela branch several times, but the phone numbers listed are either out of service, incorrect, or just go unanswered. It really feels like there’s no adequate customer support or accountability for problems like this. A delivery service should be dependable and easy to contact, but my experience has been the exact opposite. I can’t recommend this service unless they significantly enhance their delivery reliability and customer service. Avoid this service! ‼️‼️‼️🚫🚫🚫

Terrible delivery experience

This delivery service is incredibly bad and appears to engage in package theft. My package was meant to arrive today, but when the driver called to ask for my location, he subsequently blocked my calls after I tried to reach him again. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving my issue, they just directed me to call various people to address the problem. I strongly advise against using their service.

Terrible service and delays

The service has been absolutely awful. My parcel has been stuck for nearly two weeks, and they keep providing false updates. This misleads customers into thinking we haven't handed over their item to the courier, which leads to unnecessary questions directed at us. They also reschedule deliveries repeatedly without any explanation, which only adds to the delays. After two weeks, customers are starting to call us, putting additional pressure on our business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service for COD transactions.

Highly unreliable delivery service

I cannot recommend Domex Courier at all. I was expecting a package from my office last week, and it still hasn’t shown up. Every day, I’m told I missed calls, but when I call them, they assure me it will be delivered the same day, yet nothing happens for five days straight. Even the Kaduwela branch provided me with two different numbers, both claiming to belong to the riders assigned to deliver my package on the same day. It’s hard to believe that two riders were supposedly set to deliver the same package at once. Because of the urgency, I reached out to both, but when I gave them the tracking number, neither had the package. The staff at the Kaduwela branch were also very unprofessional, giving conflicting information, lying, and failing to provide any real updates. Overall, the service is chaotic, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. From my experience, I would strongly recommend against using their services.

Terrible Delivery Experience

I am deeply dissatisfied with the delivery service from Domex Sri Lanka, especially the Narammala branch. My parcels have repeatedly been marked as 'out for delivery' and 'attempted delivery' without any actual delivery attempts made. There were no phone calls, no visits, and no communication, yet the tracking system continues to show misleading updates and reschedules deliveries. This isn't just a one-off incident. I've had three different orders with Domex, and each time I had to reach out to the head office 2-3 times to resolve the delivery issues. Customers shouldn't have to keep calling the head office just to get their parcels delivered. To make matters worse, the branch contact numbers don't work, making it impossible for customers to directly address problems with the branch. Given these ongoing experiences, I cannot recommend Domex delivery services. If you’re looking for a reliable courier, it's best to steer clear of this one. The head office really needs to look into how some branches are managing deliveries, as the false updates and lack of communication are hurting the company's reputation and eroding customer trust.

Frustrating courier service experience

My experience with this courier service was very disappointing. They sent a notification that my parcel would arrive the same day, but I received no call before they attempted delivery. Then the status changed to “delivery failed, no one available at home.” How can they determine that without even trying to call me? Getting in touch with them is a real challenge. Many of the contact numbers listed just don't work. When I did reach the branch, the operator couldn't help me or even track my order properly. I even provided my order details through WhatsApp, including screenshots (which they didn’t even request), but there was no follow-up or resolution. The service was very poor.

Terrible delivery experience with Domex

I ordered a gift from a Facebook vendor called ShihaFits, and it's been several days without a single call, despite the tracking indicating it was dispatched on June 26, 2026. The tracking system continuously claimed that delivery attempts were made and that I had been contacted, yet I never received any phone calls or missed calls from the delivery driver. Meanwhile, the parcel has remained with them for days, while they keep updating the status as if they had actually attempted delivery. This is complete nonsense. If the usual response is, "We contacted the customer but there was no answer," then it's time to ensure that your drivers are truly making those calls instead of just updating the system. Right now, I'd trust Sri Lanka Post over Domex any day. It's more affordable, reliable, and definitely more trustworthy. If you value your time and want your parcel delivered without unnecessary delays and excuses, I suggest you AVOID Domex altogether.

Poor courier service experience

I am extremely disappointed with the courier service. A parcel I sent from the Colombo City Office to Battaramulla has been stuck for 4 days and has yet to be delivered, which is unacceptable for such a short distance locally. There haven't been any proper updates regarding the delay, and the overall service feels unprofessional and poorly managed. To make matters worse, the manager at the Narahenpita branch is not responding to calls, leaving me without any clear information about my parcel. This entire experience highlights a significant lack of reliability and communication. I cannot recommend this courier service to anyone who expects timely and responsible handling of their deliveries, particularly within Colombo.
