I had my first day at Fitness Factory Gym, training with Isuru. I must say, he conducts the training exceptionally well—everything is organized and disciplined. It’s a fantastic place to work out. I’m confident I’ll return with an update on my progress plan.

Don't be fooled by the photos! I've been training for over a year and have never used the cardio section since nothing is functional there! No matter how often I mention the issues, nothing gets resolved. The owner is quite frugal. Honestly, for this price, you can find better gyms elsewhere.

The lighting in the gym is quite impressive, though it's a bit smaller than it appears. It’s well-equipped, lacking a lat pull down but featuring a sagittal plane pull down. You can also do single arm frontal plane pull downs while facing the side on the machine. I didn’t spot a deadlift platform, although I noticed some carpets stacked together that might serve that purpose. No worries, though, as they have a solid power rack and a Smith machine. The gym is well maintained, and I have to mention how friendly the trainers are. I can't recall his name, but there's a 24-year-old trainer from Zahara who’s a fantastic guy!
