This gym is on the expensive side, but it offers decent equipment. However, there's no designated area for dips, and the changing room isn't the best, which makes the price feel a bit high. That said, it's an excellent choice if you live nearby. The staff is generally friendly and willing to assist.

Fitness Factory has truly transformed my fitness journey. The gym is well-equipped and everything is kept in great shape, plus there's a vibrant atmosphere. There's ample space, so I never have to wait for machines, and the staff is fantastic. A special mention goes to my personal trainer, Isuru. He’s not only knowledgeable and motivating but also attentive to my form, ensuring I train safely. He customized my workouts according to my goals and pushed me just enough to experience real progress. Don't be fooled by the photos! I've been training for over a year and have never used the cardio section since nothing is functional there! No matter how often I mention the issues, nothing gets resolved. The owner is quite frugal. Honestly, for this price, you can find better gyms elsewhere.

The lighting in the gym is quite impressive, though it's a bit smaller than it appears. It’s well-equipped, lacking a lat pull down but featuring a sagittal plane pull down. You can also do single arm frontal plane pull downs while facing the side on the machine. I didn’t spot a deadlift platform, although I noticed some carpets stacked together that might serve that purpose. No worries, though, as they have a solid power rack and a Smith machine. The gym is well maintained, and I have to mention how friendly the trainers are. I can't recall his name, but there's a 24-year-old trainer from Zahara who’s a fantastic guy!
