Amazing yoga experience in Colombo

What an incredible spot! I had just one day to spare in Colombo for a yoga session, and I’m so pleased I discovered this gem on Google that’s open on Sundays! I reached out to them via Instagram for information and payment, and they replied super fast. I took a tuk-tuk from my hotel, and it was really easy to find. The place is beautiful, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, with the pleasant sound of chirping birds, plus a space for my husband to relax while he waited. Imali's class was outstanding, and I’m truly thankful for the experience. I bought a shirt and even received a complimentary gift - a yoga mat carrier that I will cherish. I wish I could return for another session, but I'm leaving today. :( Highly recommend it! Thank you so much, Soul Theory!

Tranquil Sound Therapy Experience

I attended a sound therapy session at this studio and right from the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The ambiance is beautifully crafted to help you escape from the outside distractions and fully engage in the experience. Selling fake coloured plastic beads from China

Be careful. They are selling fake bracelets and support is non-existent. bought red turqouise bracelets from them, they turned out to be coloured plastic beads. no response from customer care.

They offer transformative workshops, and I particularly loved the sound healing and reiki sessions. They supply the mats and craft a wonderful experience. Relaxing Yoga Experience

The instructor was fantastic, and I received a warm and friendly welcome. This is a wonderful spot for practicing yoga. After a long flight, I participated in a restorative slow flow class, which was incredibly beneficial for me.

Great First Pranayama Experience
