Soul Theory is a fantastic studio where you immediately sense a feeling of calm and tranquility upon entering. They offer transformative workshops, and I particularly loved the sound healing and reiki sessions. They supply the mats and craft a wonderful experience. There’s a variety of workshops available, and they respond promptly to any inquiries or questions. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about taking a class.

The instructor was fantastic, and I received a warm and friendly welcome. This is a wonderful spot for practicing yoga. After a long flight, I participated in a restorative slow flow class, which was incredibly beneficial for me.

A big shoutout to Titus for my first pranayama session. I truly felt a sense of calm and deep concentration on myself. This was one of the best experiences I've had. I wish I had more time in Sri Lanka to try additional sessions. I will surely return to Soul Theory!
