Amazing yoga experience in Colombo

What an incredible spot! I had just one day to spare in Colombo for a yoga session, and I’m so pleased I discovered this gem on Google that’s open on Sundays! I reached out to them via Instagram for information and payment, and they replied super fast. I took a tuk-tuk from my hotel, and it was really easy to find. The place is beautiful, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, with the pleasant sound of chirping birds, plus a space for my husband to relax while he waited. Imali's class was outstanding, and I’m truly thankful for the experience. I bought a shirt and even received a complimentary gift - a yoga mat carrier that I will cherish. I wish I could return for another session, but I'm leaving today. :( Highly recommend it! Thank you so much, Soul Theory!

Tranquil Sound Therapy Experience

I attended a sound therapy session at this studio and right from the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The ambiance is beautifully crafted to help you escape from the outside distractions and fully engage in the experience. The session itself was profoundly relaxing — I walked away feeling rejuvenated, centered, and exceptionally tranquil. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a thorough reset. 💫🧘‍♀️

Selling fake coloured plastic beads from China

Be careful. They are selling fake bracelets and support is non-existent. bought red turqouise bracelets from them, they turned out to be coloured plastic beads. no response from customer care.

Serene and Transformative Experience

Soul Theory is a fantastic studio where you immediately sense a feeling of calm and tranquility upon entering. They offer transformative workshops, and I particularly loved the sound healing and reiki sessions. They supply the mats and craft a wonderful experience. There’s a variety of workshops available, and they respond promptly to any inquiries or questions. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about taking a class.

Relaxing Yoga Experience

The instructor was fantastic, and I received a warm and friendly welcome. This is a wonderful spot for practicing yoga. After a long flight, I participated in a restorative slow flow class, which was incredibly beneficial for me.

Great Ambiance and Kind Instructor

I really love the atmosphere here! I attended two morning yoga classes with Udara, and she is so lovely and kind, especially with beginners like myself.

Great First Pranayama Experience

A big shoutout to Titus for my first pranayama session. I truly felt a sense of calm and deep concentration on myself. This was one of the best experiences I've had. I wish I had more time in Sri Lanka to try additional sessions. I will surely return to Soul Theory!

Exceptional private session with Inoka

My boyfriend and I recently enjoyed a fantastic private session with Inoka. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, customizing the experience for both of us. She introduced us to some amazing fundamentals that are frequently overlooked, even by regular practitioners.
