    Great Ambiance and Kind Instructor

    I really love the atmosphere here! I attended two morning yoga classes with Udara, and she is so lovely and kind, especially with beginners like myself.

    Great First Pranayama Experience

    A big shoutout to Titus for my first pranayama session. I truly felt a sense of calm and deep concentration on myself. This was one of the best experiences I've had. I wish I had more time in Sri Lanka to try additional sessions. I will surely return to Soul Theory!
