Overall, if you’re considering starting yoga, you definitely shouldn’t overlook Malka! Plus, her classes are priced very reasonably!

I shared my health concerns with Malka and expressed interest in a beginner class. She invited me to a Thursday session but placed me in a group with individuals who were already advanced. Despite explaining my mobility issues beforehand, I found myself doing cycling, which I didn’t think was part of yoga. This led to more aches and pains than I've ever had. It felt like all she wanted was for me to take venivel. Overall, it was a terrible experience and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend her.
