Disappointing experience with staff

I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members today. I visited to purchase bridal fabrics, but he was completely unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude towards us. At one point, while we were trying on different fabrics, he started scrolling through his phone and completely forgot he was there to assist us. Although he eventually helped us select some fabrics, his demeanor left a negative impression not just about him, but also about the shop. His behavior was quite unpleasant when we inquired about specific items. It's clear that your staff needs training on how to engage with clients. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this store for buying bridal fabrics.
