Excellent Family-Run Dining Experience
We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at this family-owned restaurant. The food was outstanding and served in generous portions 😍 We strongly recommend it!!

Disappointing Experience with Kids
We just had dinner at this place with our two kids. We ordered one rice and curry and one fried noodles at 6:30 PM. After waiting for an excruciating 2 hours and 10 minutes, we finally received the rice and curry at 8:40 PM, but no noodles. The food was decent, but I wouldn't suggest this restaurant for families or if you're really hungry. Our kids ended up crying and were exhausted since we had ordered the noodles for them. We had to pay for both rice and curry, and it turned into a rough night, leaving us with tired kids for the next day. P.S. I suspect one of the curries had fish in it. We specifically ordered vegetable rice and curry and confirmed it was vegetarian ("Vegetarian? No meat and no fish?").

Unexpectedly Delicious Lentil Curry
At first glance, the restaurant might not seem very welcoming, but wow, the food is amazing and incredibly satisfying! Get ready for a feast! This is the best lentil curry we've tasted in Sri Lanka!

Charming spot with excellent curry
This cozy, family-run eatery features friendly and inviting staff. If you're pressed for time, it's best to skip this place, as the fresh food does take a while to prepare. However, the quality is outstanding, particularly the curry. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting to unwind and have a wonderful dining experience.

Delicious Meals Delivered to Villa
During our stay, we had meals delivered from this local gem every night. The food was freshly made, authentic, and the portions were generous and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend it!
