Management Issues Overshadow Good Staff
Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, largely due to the behavior of the manager and owner. Although we had prepaid for breakfast with our booking, we were denied it without a proper explanation. To make matters worse, neither the manager nor the owner made any real attempt to address the problem, suggest alternatives, or engage with us respectfully. There was a noticeable absence of accountability and concern for customers from the management team. Instead of recognizing their error or working to resolve the issue, they simply brushed it off, which left us feeling frustrated and unfulfilled. On a positive note, the staff members were polite, accommodating, and did their best to assist us within their constraints. Their professionalism and courtesy stood in stark contrast to the management's attitude. In summary, while the staff truly deserves recognition, the poor management of a basic, prepaid service significantly marred our stay. I would hesitate to return unless there are considerable improvements in how management operates.
