    Great stay with exceptional staff

    I want to share my detailed experience at this resort, where I had a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Mrs. Priyanka, the owner, who is an amazing host—very kind and friendly. The resort is conveniently close to the beach and situated in a lively area. My room matched the pictures perfectly and was quite comfortable. Regarding the hotel facilities, they have a spa, which I would rate 3 stars based on my experience. However, the bar and pool area were definitely the highlight of the resort, earning a solid 5 stars. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which was decent, and the in-room dining was enjoyable as well. A special mention goes to Naveen, the bartender, who was fantastic. He crafted some excellent cocktails and ensured my glass was always full. His recommendations were perfect, and his attentive, friendly service stood out. Overall, I can confidently say that if you choose to stay here, you will have a good time. I must reiterate how kind the staff is and commend the entire team for their outstanding service.

    Consistent improvements and great service

    Having stayed here previously, it's evident that they continuously enhance their offerings each year. The pool is amazing, the breakfast is enjoyable, and the family running the place ensures that guests are well taken care of. We would gladly come back for a third visit.

    Fantastic Hotel Experience in Mirissa

    This is the best hotel you can find in all of Mirissa! The owner is incredibly friendly and kind, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and always clean, plus there's a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast is good, and it's a perfect spot to relax. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. I even got engaged 💍 to my soon-to-be wife with the hotel's assistance; they really supported me throughout. I highly recommend this place—10/10 for anyone visiting Mirissa!

    Comfortable stay with some issues

    The hotel experience was generally decent. Our room was cozy, and having warm water for bathing was a significant plus. However, there were a couple of downsides: the pool was not clean, and when we settled the bill, they charged us more than expected, including extra items that may have belonged to another guest.

    Great staff but needs maintenance

    The location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, the hotel requires better maintenance. For instance, in our room 305, the fan was dirty, and we noticed dirt while lying in bed. Additionally, the toilet window needs attention.

    Perfect stay at a clean hotel

    Our experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well-kept. We always felt secure in the hotel, and its location was fantastic — we could easily stroll to several nearby attractions.
