I couldn't get anyone to answer the customer service hotline. The discounts advertised on the website weren't honored in-store, and online discounts disappeared during checkout. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

I can't recommend this place to anyone. They used to sell good products back when Otara was around, but that's no longer the case. I bought a few cotton tops from them last week, and the fabric was damaged after just one wash. Total waste of money.
