This hospital is truly impressive. It's open 24 hours, which I really appreciate. My experience here has been exceptional, making it great for both my family and me. We’re giving it a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

I had a really disappointing experience. After undergoing a minor surgery at Kumudu, I specifically asked for the claim bill beforehand. They provided me with an incomplete bill, which led to my claim being rejected. I requested a revised bill since the amount was significant, and I wanted to get it reimbursed. It wasn't our fault that they issued incomplete bills, yet they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. It's quite shameful.

This is by far the worst hospital and channeling center I've ever encountered. The customer service is non-existent. The staff are incredibly rude, both in person and on the phone, treating patients as if they are beggars. You often have to make over 20 calls just to get someone to pick up, and even then, they are not helpful. Doctors frequently show up late without any prior notice, completely disregarding the patients’ time. Typically, other private hospitals inform patients about delays before they arrive, but that has never happened here. Additionally, the pharmacy staff struggle to read prescriptions accurately. Every visit has been a negative experience for me. I will never return.

This hospital in Matale is the worst. I can't recommend it to anyone. They schedule appointments, but the doctors always arrive late. We end up wasting our time, and even the nurses have no idea when the doctors will show up. It's just a lot of waiting. I'm really disappointed.

I want to share my thoughts about the hotline service. My experience when I reached out was quite disappointing. The staff lacked professionalism during the call. They didn’t greet me properly or respond when I said hello, and even basic courtesies like acknowledging my 'thank you' were missing. The call ended suddenly without any proper communication or help. As a customer, I expect respectful, polite, and professional communication from a service hotline. I hope this issue is addressed seriously and that staff receive training to enhance their customer service skills. Additionally, Dear Management, I want to provide feedback on my recent experience with your hospital's customer service and staff. I faced several issues when trying to contact and visit the hospital. The staff who handled calls were not professional in their responses, how they communicated with patients, and how they ended conversations. As a patient, I expect courteous and professional interactions at all times. Moreover, when I asked about certain medical tests and scan procedures, the staff couldn’t offer even basic information or guidance. During my visit, I noticed that the staff at both the cashier and main counter also seemed unaware of these services. While I get that they are not medical experts, front-line staff should have a fundamental understanding of common tests, scans, and hospital procedures to effectively assist patients. I also noticed similar issues with some nursing staff, where communication and basic patient guidance could use improvement. I kindly suggest that additional training in customer service, communication skills, and basic healthcare service knowledge be provided to front-line employees. This would significantly enhance the patient experience and ensure that patients receive accurate and helpful information. Thank you for considering this feedback.
