    Outstanding Service at Spexbay

I visited Spexbay this evening to get a pair of glasses and have an eye test. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff were; everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. During the eye test, the guy there was exceptional—he really understood what I needed and even asked for my suggestions and preferences. I highly recommend this place! They have frames that are very much in line with the latest fashion trends, quality products, and an especially friendly team, particularly the guy who conducted my eye test, who I believe is Savithra Rusiru. Thank you for the great service!

    Exceptional Service at Spexbase

I recently stopped by Spexbase to look for polarized sunglasses and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was outstanding. Although I didn't purchase any sunglasses, the staff was extremely helpful and patiently guided me through my options with great expertise. Unlike some other stores that treat you differently depending on whether you arrive on a motorcycle or in a car, Spexbase offered me the same level of respect and care no matter what. I highly recommend their service! Their prices are also quite reasonable.

    Outstanding Service at Spexbay

I had a truly wonderful experience at Spexbay! After my doctor suggested I get glasses, I stopped by their shop and was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. The staff were exceptionally helpful, taking the time to explain my symptoms and guiding me toward the best options for my eyesight. As a fashion designer, using colors is essential, and they grasped this perfectly, assisting me in selecting glasses that are both functional and stylish for my profession. I highly recommend Spexbay for their professionalism and outstanding care!

    Exceptional Service and Affordable Prices

The customer service here is outstanding, with a genuinely friendly and accommodating team. There's no overwhelming or aggressive service—just honest, down-to-earth hospitality. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and really stand out compared to the top competitors in the city. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my sunglasses after a week, having transformed them into a spectacular pair. They truly handed me the glasses right after finishing the job, which I didn't see coming. Highly recommended!
