This is an excellent spot for eyewear shopping, offering a vast selection to pick from. The service is commendable, and the atmosphere is enjoyable and cozy. While the prices are a bit on the higher end, the quality of the products is outstanding.

Rayban Opticians in Kiribathgoda has been my family's choice for eye care for as long as I can remember. I've visited since childhood, and their service has always been outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, consistently providing thorough and professional assistance. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Prabath, who was exceptionally helpful. His expertise made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether you need new glasses or just a routine check-up, they are always patient and guide you to find the best fit and style. Their long-standing presence and dependable service make them a vital part of the Kiribathgoda community. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and high-quality optician.

This is an excellent spot for getting your glasses and eye exams. I had a wonderful experience; the staff were very friendly and guided me through every step. They assisted me in finding the perfect frame I wanted. It's definitely a place to consider if you're looking to get a new pair of glasses.

I recently went to Ray Ban Optician to purchase contact lenses, and my experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. They ensured that the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of eye care or lenses!

I've been a customer of Ray Ban Kiribathgoda for a long time. A year ago, I purchased a new pair of glasses, but recently, I had an issue with a damaged arm hinge and brought them in for soldering. I picked them up today, and I was extremely disappointed with the repair. They now sit unevenly when worn, the soldering job looks poor, and the plastic part is even burned. When I raised my concerns, the staff simply shrugged it off, saying that it was expected and that it might break again. If they had informed me beforehand that they couldn't fix it properly, I would have opted for a new pair instead. I specifically asked if the repair was feasible. What frustrated me further was that the staff didn’t even offer an apology. As someone who has trusted them in the past, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their customer service now and will avoid Ray Ban Kiribathgoda in the future. I cannot recommend them to anyone either. P.S.: I can’t respond to your reply, so I’m updating my review here. Yes, the purchase date should be corrected as you mentioned, but I want to clarify that I didn’t ask for a free repair under warranty. I approached you for a repair because I bought the glasses from you and paid for the service. I hope you will enhance your customer care moving forward.
