I have significant vision issues, so I rely on my glasses. I took them in for repairs, but it's been over 7 days without them, despite my urgent request due to my eyesight. Additionally, I included the case with my glasses, but they've lost it. Rather than offering a replacement, they claimed I never provided the case when I dropped off my glasses. This is unacceptable customer service.

I highly recommend this place! Yesterday, I went to their Kiribathgoda location to get spectacles for myself, my wife, my son, and my father—four pairs in all. The staff, particularly Ms. Jayani, who was working on Sunday (16th Aug 26), provided us with exceptional service alongside her colleague. She patiently assisted us in choosing the perfect frames and clearly laid out their extensive selection of lenses, detailing the features and prices of each. She treated us like friends and truly went the extra mile to assist us. We are very happy with the service she offered. Additionally, we received a significant discount, which was a nice bonus. I've been a loyal customer for years, but that ends today. I ordered a pair of custom-made sunglasses and repeatedly contacted them about error adjustments. I was billed for high index 1.70, but it’s clearly 1.67. After returning the glasses, I received them back with an ink issue—one side had a lot of ink while the other was fine. I sent them back again, but this time they came back with ink marks all over. I wanted to use them for driving, but all I saw were ink patches, which made my head spin! I took them off immediately when I got home and saw the mess. I paid 33k for these and now I can't wear them at all.
