This was the worst experience I've had with pet care. When I called to schedule an appointment, they informed me that my dog has a virus but didn’t provide any guidance on what to do next. Instead, they rudely told me not to bring my dog in. It’s hard to believe a doctor could diagnose a patient without even asking about symptoms. I'm left questioning how qualified she really is as a veterinarian.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We used to bring our dog here for minor issues like rashes and mites, and the vet was adequate back then. However, our latest experience was terrible. Our elderly dog became very ill recently. Without even examining him, she attributed it to the heat wave and prescribed her usual medications and vitamins. He didn’t improve; in fact, a few days later, he was barely breathing. When we called her for an emergency appointment, she refused to see him, saying she wouldn’t be available until after 3 PM. We couldn’t wait, so we took him to another pet hospital. The staff there conducted a thorough examination and identified the actual problem, which this vet completely misdiagnosed. Since receiving the correct treatment, he has shown significant improvement. I advise avoiding this clinic. If they truly cared about animals, they wouldn’t treat emergencies lightly or skip essential exams. It seems more about the money for her. Save yourself the stress and seek care elsewhere where they provide the right medications from the start. I also recommend thinking twice before bringing your pet here. We took him in due to a small lump near his rectum, and she simply prescribed a cream, dismissing it as a minor wound. Shortly after, our pet fell seriously ill (as mentioned above), preventing us from following up on the lump immediately. When we took him to the pet hospital, they properly examined the lump and discovered it wasn’t a wound at all; it was cancer. She completely overlooked a tumor and brushed it off as a scrape. If she lacks the facilities for proper checks, she should at least guide us on the potential seriousness. That’s what doctors are supposed to do, right? If a vet can’t perform a basic exam, neglects emergencies, and misdiagnoses serious conditions, they shouldn’t be practicing. Just consider this before you go there. Find a place where they genuinely care and offer the right treatment. I’m really disappointed!!!
