Terrible Service and Overpriced Experience
My experience at Salon Tharoo was dreadful. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Both the man and the woman showed no respect for customers—there was no smile, no warmth, and they clearly struggled with proper communication, whether in person or on the phone. We traveled from Colombo to Kurunegala, hoping for good service, but it was a disaster from the beginning. When we rang the bell, the woman barely opened the gate—she just unlocked it and walked away. It felt like they were doing us a favor, as if we should be thankful for their ‘service.’ 😂😂 The makeup and dressing were not worth the steep prices. It's really disappointing to expect quality and receive such poor results instead. This place acts like they're the top beauticians in Sri Lanka, but they really need to learn how to treat clients better. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. The service was absolutely terrible, overpriced, and not at all what I was hoping for. 😡😡😡😡😡
