    Terrible Service, Rude Owner

    I experienced the worst customer service here. The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional, lacking the basic skills to treat guests properly. On a positive note, the staff members were nice. However, I would advise against going there.

    Frustrating hair appointment experience

    We had a very disappointing experience. We scheduled a hairdresser for the groom on the day of our engagement and even called the night before to confirm everything was fine. However, when we arrived at the salon on the day, it was open but the hairdresser was absent. We waited for about 25 minutes, but no one showed up and our calls went unanswered. As a result, we had to do the hair ourselves. To make matters worse, we still haven't received any response or apology.
