Outstanding tour experience in China

My parents are on a tour in China with Hayleys Travels, and I wanted to share their experience while they’re still away because they are truly having the BEST time! A significant part of this enjoyment is due to their tour guide, Harindu Ariyawansa. From what I've heard, he has been exceptional—very friendly, extremely professional, kind, and completely dedicated to ensuring that every detail is perfect. He’s consistently punctual, well-organized, and goes the extra mile to look after everyone in the group. It's evident that he is genuinely passionate about his work, and that really shines through. Overall, the experience with Hayleys Travels has surpassed all expectations. The planning has been flawless, the sightseeing has been incredible, and the food has been delightful. Everything has been meticulously organized, and the team has been wonderfully responsive throughout. It’s so comforting to know my parents are in such capable hands, and hearing about their enjoyment means the world to me. I highly recommend Hayleys Travels, especially Harindu, to anyone seeking a memorable and well-coordinated travel adventure!

Wonderful family tour experience

A heartfelt thank you to Hayleys Travels (Pvt) Ltd for organizing an excellent tour for our all-female family group. We enjoyed a fantastic holiday filled with comfort. Special thanks to Melki Sivakumaran, who patiently handled all our questions, inquiries, and requests. She kept in touch with us throughout the trip, checking in with calls and messages every morning and night to ensure everything was going smoothly. We also want to extend our gratitude to Mr. Phonsy, our guide in Laos, and our driver, Gum. Mr. Phonsy was outstanding, not just because of his extensive knowledge but also for his caring attitude. He took great care of each one of us during the tour, providing physical assistance and addressing our needs. We highly recommend him to anyone planning to visit Laos. The hotel, Homm, Souvannaphoum in Luang Prabang, was beautiful and serene. It was clean and efficient, staffed by a wonderful team. Thank you once more.
