The staff here seem more focused on earning commissions than on the convenience and preferences of their customers. I struggled to book a single hotel room that met my needs. While the prices are reasonable and the responsiveness is decent, overall, there’s nothing particularly impressive about this place.

An absolutely fantastic experience. Everything was organized exceptionally well and at great prices. I want to especially highlight Priyanth, who provided the vehicle and accompanied us for more than two days. He was professional, very polite, and incredibly helpful.

The drivers this company employs are skilled behind the wheel, but they lack basic manners and professionalism. Our driver, Indika, made inappropriate personal remarks and was pushy with his own suggestions, which seemed to lead to commission-based locations. When we insisted on sticking to our planned itinerary, his demeanor shifted noticeably. In the final days of our trip, his behavior turned outright rude and dismissive. On New Year’s Eve, we wanted to go to Galle Face, but Mr. Indika strongly resisted and tried to drop us at the World Trade Centre, claiming his vehicle might be damaged. There was no regard for our safety or convenience. After a lengthy argument, he finally let us off about 300–400 meters from Galle Face, all while expressing frustration with comments like “Now what will I do?” and “I cannot go on any road.” This was incredibly confusing and stressful, especially with traffic flowing and other vehicles around. Despite paying in full upon arrival, we still have not received a payment receipt. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

From start to finish, this was an outstanding travel experience. The Overa tours team, including Deshani and Hansani, were incredibly supportive, and everything was so well organized, making our trip seamless. The hotels were conveniently located within walking distance, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. All the tours were private and well-planned, offering us both comfort and flexibility. What impressed me the most was their helpfulness and quick response when we needed to change some of our plans. They managed everything with great efficiency. Truly professional service, excellent planning, and fantastic support throughout our journey. Highly recommended!
