PPIM features outstanding lecturers who ensure that learning is both engaging and clear. The small class sizes promote focused attention and personalized support. The staff are incredibly supportive and always willing to assist. While the student council could take a more active role, PPIM remains an excellent environment for studying and advancing your ACCA journey.

While the lectures are excellent, I have to point out that the customer service is horrendous. It took me several days to gain access to my course on the LMS, and I had to send messages to different numbers and emails despite having already paid for it. It’s incredibly frustrating to reach out to multiple people who appear to be clueless about what to do.

Since I live abroad, I primarily rely on PPIM's recorded lectures for my studies, but I've also taken several ACCA exams at their center. The recordings allow me to learn at my own pace, and every time I've visited, the staff have been friendly and supportive. The exam process has been organized and smooth each time, leading to an overall positive experience. I highly recommend PPIM to anyone interested in pursuing ACCA!
