The behavior of a teacher here has been absolutely unacceptable. They collected full payment for the classes upfront but failed to complete them, dragging the sessions out for over a year and now claiming they can’t continue teaching. Most of the positive reviews seem to come from friends and family, not from genuine students. I would advise against taking this class.

The behavior of a teacher at this school is absolutely appalling. They collected all the fees upfront but failed to complete the classes, dragging them out for over a year. Now, they're claiming they can’t teach anymore. You could learn everything on YouTube instead; this class is a complete waste of time, and the certificate isn't worth anything. Please do not enroll in this class. The way the teacher responds to criticism is telling; her attitude is disgraceful, especially when she criticizes students for voicing their opinions. She doesn’t teach anything of value—only basic icing techniques were covered in her course. The cake used for practice was purchased from Royal Bakery. To make matters worse, she has borrowed money from her students with promises to repay, which raises concerns about her integrity. Her cleanliness is questionable, and I truly wonder why anyone would place orders with her. Classes are frequently canceled for personal reasons, yet she insists on full payment from her students and fails to provide certificates. Initially, we were told the certificate would be valuable, but honestly, I could print off my own. She even threatened me over the phone, saying she would involve the police if I didn’t remove my comment. Be cautious; we invest money to gain knowledge, but this class is the worst, and the instructor lacks professionalism. If you want to waste your money for no knowledge and only frustration, then by all means, choose her.
