Disappointing Membership Experience
I want to share my frustrating experience with Zeus Gymnasium. In 2025, I signed up for an annual membership package at the gym and paid the full amount as required. However, a few months later, when I inquired about the expiry date of my membership at the front desk, I was told that there were no records of my membership in their system. I reached out to the manager to resolve this issue, but rather than helping me, he has been dodging my questions and failing to provide any clear answers or solutions. This whole situation has brought me a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. I expected better transparency, accurate record-keeping, and accountable customer service from a fitness establishment, which I unfortunately did not receive. I hope the management will take responsibility and address these kinds of issues to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar problems.
