Unsafe Environment for Women

This place is not safe for women. The security guard acted inappropriately, making me feel very uncomfortable. There isn’t a proper way to file a complaint, and since I’ve already paid for a yearly membership, I’m genuinely concerned about continuing my visits here. The guard seemed intoxicated, stared at me in a disturbing manner, and disrespectfully asked where I was going. When I mentioned I was going to the gym, he claimed he had never seen me before and began asking unnecessary questions like 'who I came with,' instead of just checking my membership card. This didn’t feel like a standard check; it felt more like harassment. Let's see if management takes this seriously after my review.

Great gym with minor ventilation issues

I haven't had any negative encounters with the security staff. My experiences have been brief interactions, like a nod, or sometimes no interaction at all, and I can walk right into the gym. I've had no problems accessing the gym and using the facilities. This gym offers an excellent ladies-only area, providing a comfortable and private environment. The space is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional. They clean the gym several times a day, which is evident in its cleanliness. The changing rooms are consistently tidy and dry, which is a significant advantage, and the showers always have hot water, making it convenient to freshen up post-workout. There's also a solid range of equipment available, so you can complete a full workout without too many restrictions. The only drawback is the air conditioning. Typically, only one unit is functioning, and when the gym is less crowded, it can get a bit warm, especially in one corner where there are no AC units. Overall, it’s a great gym for women seeking a clean, safe space to exercise, with just a few minor adjustments needed for better ventilation.

Punctuality Issues and Inconvenient Hours

The gym is okay, but they really struggle with punctuality. Don't count on anyone being on time or valuing your schedule. It's become normal for gym-goers to wait outside for about an hour after opening for someone to arrive and unlock the door. Despite giving feedback multiple times, nothing seems to change. Their hours are inconsistent and inconvenient, so it might be better to find another place to work out instead. :)

Coach Divya is truly exceptional! She maintains a high level of professionalism while designing a personalized fitness plan specifically for you. She takes the time to explain each movement thoroughly and with great patience, ensuring your form is spot on. Her ongoing encouragement is incredibly motivating—working out with her is effective, and you'll quickly find yourself in a great workout routine. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend her!

Uncomfortable environment for women

The energetic music playlist and the scenic view contribute positively to the atmosphere. However, personal trainers here are quite pricey, costing around Rs. 100,000 annually or about Rs. 25,000 monthly. ⚠️ I cannot recommend this place for girls. I have seen a drunk security staff member harassing a woman, which creates an uncomfortable environment for female patrons.
