This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever visited! The equipment is up-to-date and well cared for, the vibe is energetic and motivating, and the entire place is kept exceptionally clean. A huge thank you to Mashood and Shafiya, who is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Whether you’re a beginner or have been working out for years, this gym feels like home. I just began my journey at MFX Gym today, and I must say, the trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Regardless of the package you select, they are always available to guide and support you. It's evident that they have ample experience and truly care about your progress. Additionally, the atmosphere here is fantastic, with both staff and members being very friendly and welcoming. I'm looking forward to what lies ahead!

I had a fantastic few days at this gym and will definitely return when I’m in Colombo. The staff is laid-back and they offer "day passes"—I reached out via WhatsApp and they responded quickly. They stay open late, which is a nice bonus. The gym is just a 5-10 minute walk from One Galle Face Mall, making it a super convenient and accessible location. It has all the equipment you need for a workout and is never too crowded. However, there are a couple of things to note. First, it can be a little hard to find the first time. It’s located on the second floor, on the left side after you exit the elevator, and the easiest entrance is on the right after passing the mosque. Secondly, they have set times for men and women, so just keep that in mind when planning your visit.
