    Disappointed with tyre durability

    I experienced an issue after purchasing four tyres for my Alto; two of them were damaged after about 8,000 to 10,000 km without any repairs. When I submitted a warranty claim, I received a report from UoM stating they wouldn't provide a replacement. On the positive side, their service and customer care are commendable. However, I'm quite disappointed, especially since I've trusted Dunlop for decades. My father used Dunlop as well, which influenced my choice, but now I’ll reconsider in the future.

    Terrible experience with tire warranty

    This place is a total scam. I purchased two tires from Kusum Tires in Dalugama. The warranty agent is this SK Mumasignha. After 10,000 km of use, the Japanese pair began to crack on the surface and quickly wore out. When I went back to them to make a warranty claim, they came up with all sorts of excuses to deny me compensation, claiming it was due to alignment issues. However, my vehicle's alignment was properly done. They even told me to hand over the tires and let them know the result. When I inquired about the outcome, all I received was a report. Dealing with them is frustrating as they never honor warranty claims and deceive customers. I would advise against going to them.

    I wholeheartedly recommend Dunlop Japan tires from S.K. Munasinghe. I bought 175/75/R14 tires made in Japan for Rs. 26,950 each, and they’re truly worth the investment. My previous set was also Dunlop Japan from this shop, and they delivered fantastic performance—providing excellent balance and comfort. Top-notch quality and value. Highly recommended!

    Excellent tyre fitting experience

    I visited to have my new Dunlop tyres installed and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
