I called the center to schedule an appointment and was greeted by SHASHINI, who was incredibly helpful. The support continued with CHUMINI and THANOJA, along with sister CHAMILKA. My original appointment was set for July 17th, but I requested a sooner date. They were very proactive and called me back, moving the appointment to the 16th, and eventually to today. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I'm very grateful for their kind gestures, prompt service, and care. I wish them all the best for a job well done. Thank you once again! I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the Nuclear Medicine Department for my PET CT scan, which was needed for a specific medical issue. Ms. Tanuja, the coordinator, was fantastic—she provided all the essential information and supported me throughout the entire process until the report was ready. Her friendliness, helpfulness, and patience made a big difference. Additionally, Ms. Chumini and Ms. Bhagya were invaluable in handling the paperwork and expedited the report under urgent cover. I went in for a consultation and was extremely pleased with the fantastic service they offer. The staff is wonderful—friendly and very helpful. They are always ready to assist patients. The facility is well-kept, clean, neat, and tidy. The waiting area is fully air-conditioned, ensuring patients don't feel uncomfortable, and there are plenty of seats available while waiting for the doctor. Plus, there's a water filter on-site. I highly recommend their services. It's super fast and convenient!
