    Disorganized and Unprofessional Experience

    This place is managed by executives who are both disorganized and unprofessional. Ironically, the junior staff seem to expect patients to know more about the hospital system than they do. I took my mom there and was genuinely worried they might misdiagnose her. If you consider getting treatment here, I strongly recommend having someone knowledgeable with you at all times. Make sure to ask questions and verify that they follow through on their stated procedures. Be prepared for a lot of stress from both the clerical and medical staff. Good luck! P.S. After I left this review, they called me back. There was no acknowledgment of my concerns or effort to gather feedback for improvement. Instead, they seemed focused on proving me wrong and suggesting I lack intelligence.

    Mixed feelings about the staff

    The staff here are quite pleasant. The pricing for radiation is reasonable, but I had a negative experience with the security guard at the tomotherapy building. He was unfriendly, lacking in courtesy, and made me feel unwelcome, as if he was in charge. This made me uncomfortable during my visit. On a brighter note, the receptionist was very warm and friendly.

    Disappointing Experience with Radio Therapy

    The clinic is quite dimly lit, making it an uncomfortable place for radio therapy. I had a terrible experience, especially considering I spent over Rs. 500,000. Unfortunately, I didn't find any relief after the treatment. It feels like doctors and private hospitals prioritize profit over patient care.

    Carelessness at Ceylinco Cancer Center

    Ceylinco Cancer Center has shown a troubling lack of care. It feels like patient welfare is no longer a priority for them. Just last week, their machine malfunctioned, and it happened again today. They lack adequate backup equipment. Many patients travel significant distances and spend considerable amounts on transportation for their treatments, only to find out that the machine is out of order. This situation is incredibly frustrating and distressing for both patients and their families. I cannot recommend this facility for cancer treatment unless they significantly enhance their reliability and patient care.

    My mother received treatment for 2nd stage breast cancer at Ceylinco Cancer Centre. From the very first day of her treatment until the end, the medical services provided were the best I've ever experienced in a private hospital. The tranquil atmosphere within the hospital made us feel at home. The staff were exceptional and always ready to assist. Their attention to detail was remarkable.
