Best hospital , best treatment 😍 …

This hospital is situated in a highly accessible spot, right by Galaha Junction, making it easy to find. The buildings are impressively designed. It specializes in children's health issues, and being near the Peradeniya Medical Faculty suggests that the healthcare services could be quite good.

While this hospital has some characteristics typical of government institutions, don't hesitate to bring your child here when facing health issues. In contrast to some private hospitals that focus on attracting patients with facilities, the crucial aspect here is their prompt response. You can expect that level of service from this hospital. The young doctors and nurses are compassionate and dedicated, showing genuine concern for their patients. If you need a caring pediatrician, I highly recommend Professor Mudiyanse, among other skilled doctors at this facility. Don't think twice about consulting him regarding your child's health concerns. He is a wonderful professional who takes his responsibilities seriously and will provide you with the right guidance for your child's well-being.

Our experience here was incredibly frustrating, especially with the staff, including some doctors. We came in because our baby was vomiting. Even though it was an emergency, they completely disregarded our situation and told us to 'gihin thunduwak dagena enna!' They should have prioritized our baby's health instead of focusing on other matters like thundu liyanna!

This is truly one of the best hospitals on the island. The facility is both clean and well-organized, reflecting positively on the staff and the environment. It offers comprehensive services including ICU care, a theatre, clinical services, a 24-hour outpatient department, labs, and specialized wards for surgical, medical, ENT, neuro, and pulmonology needs. The team comprises qualified consultants, doctors, nurses, and other skilled service staff. I'm giving it a perfect 5 out of 5.

This is the finest children's hospital in the Kandy area. They provide compassionate service and utilize advanced technology. The staff here are wonderful. The environment and wards are very clean. It's gratifying to see the care given to sick children. The team includes highly skilled doctors, nurses, and other personnel. The amenities available for mothers with children are excellent.

The place is well organized, spotless, and has a beautifully serene atmosphere. Everything is excellent. However, parking is a significant problem, as security won't permit you to park even in distant spots.

This is one of the best children's hospitals, and the doctors are outstanding. I accompanied my son for a surgery, and the care we received was better than what you'd find in a private hospital. A special thanks to Dr. Heshan Jayaweera for his exceptional treatment. Thank you! 🙏🏻

This is one of the best hospitals for children, but there are a few complaints worth mentioning. It's important for everyone to remember that the patients here are children, and sometimes that seems to be overlooked. When a patient travels from a long distance, they should be able to get their needs addressed efficiently since they are kids. On a positive note, almost all the staff are doing an incredible job, and I appreciate their hard work. However, there are some logistical challenges. For vehicles coming from Gampola or Colombo, the main entrance can be awkward due to the roundabout's location in front of the hospital. It would be helpful if the director could work with the relevant authorities to modify the roundabout and create an additional exit for easier access. Additionally, considering that some patients travel hundreds of kilometers, it would be great to have a better canteen or convenience store either in or near the hospital. I also noticed there are no public washrooms outside, which makes Karapitiya Hospital a better option in that regard, as they are easily accessible. On a positive note, the Buddha statue in front of the hospital is stunning.
