Unwelcoming staff experience
The staff seemed very lethargic and provided absolutely no customer service. It's obvious that they don't want anyone coming through the door.

Disappointing Service at Pharmacy
Today, my wife and I stopped by this pharmacy and were met with a very disappointing experience. Two male staff members were quite rude and lacked any respect. Such behavior is simply unacceptable, particularly in a pharmacy setting. It's essential for management to seriously consider ways to enhance customer service.

Disappointing pharmacy experience
We had a very frustrating encounter. We ordered 3 medications, but initially, the pharmacist informed us that only 2 were available. Later, she returned to say that they were actually short on the second one. We decided to accept whatever was in stock. However, after a physical check, she discovered that none of the medications were available. This is quite disappointing for such a well-known pharmacy in Sri Lanka; it's unfortunate that their system indicates availability when there is none. Clearly, there is a lack of proper inventory management.
