Colombo's pharmacies range from 24-hour chains attached to the big private hospitals (Asiri, Nawaloka, Lanka Hospitals) to independent neighbourhood chemists that have served the same streets for decades. The list below ranks Colombo pharmacies on what matters when you actually need one: stock reliability for prescription medicines, whether they're open late or round-the-clock, and how helpful the pharmacist is with substitutions when an item is out. Many also stock groceries, baby care, and cosmetics, and most now deliver within the city via PickMe or their own riders. For prescription medicines, call ahead to confirm stock — availability of specific brands varies day to day across Colombo.

Are the reviews verified?
Reviews on Review Guru come from two sources: native submissions written directly on our platform, and imported reviews from Google Maps that we rewrite for clarity while preserving the original rating, sentiment, and named entities. Source is tagged on each review for transparency.
Which pharmacies in Colombo are open 24 hours?
