    Frustratingly Long Wait for Clearance

    I visited Digasiri today for my medical check-up, but I had a very disappointing experience. I had to wait a long time to get my medical clearance. Even though my ECG and FBC test results were available by 10:00 a.m., I ended up waiting over three hours for the final clearance. During this lengthy wait, no one bothered to check on me or inquire about my status. The extended wait time and the lack of communication were quite frustrating and inconvenient. I really hope they can address this issue and improve the process to prevent such delays for patients in the future.

    Disappointing Experience at Digasiri Hospital

    I scheduled an appointment with VOG Doctor number 13. However, he only attended to a few patients before the staff informed me that the doctor had to leave for another hospital. Despite this, they still charged me a 4,000/- appointment fee. I believe the hospital should employ more knowledgeable staff, as it feels like they think people come to Digasiri hospital for leisure. I hope the management addresses these issues, as I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to my disappointing experience. In the end, I requested a refund of my payment.

    The service here is lacking entirely; the staff seem to show no respect. There's absolutely no care or attention given. It's just an irresponsible approach to service at Digasiri Puttalam.
