Serious lab errors endanger patients
This place should be shut down. We ordered ASOT twice for a patient suffering from rheumatic fever, and both times the results came back negative. It was later revealed that this was a mistake, which nearly jeopardized the patient's life. I strongly recommend steering clear of this unreliable lab.

Serious concerns about patient care
This place should shut down. A female patient treated for viral fever in WD 35 at Kandy Hospital received a full blood count (FBC) showing a platelet count of 381,000. However, a repeat count on the same day indicated 20, 11, which was redone due to the patient’s clinical picture. She then developed Dengue leaking and had to be treated in the High Dependency Unit (HDU). If she had gone home with that initial report, she would likely be dead by now. ## inaccurate reports ##

Excellent service and quick results
Today, I visited the Sirimalwatta office for several tests and was impressed by their outstanding service in a welcoming environment. I gave my blood at 11:42 and received the results by 14:00 via WhatsApp. The fees were also quite reasonable. However, I suggest they consider adding a cashless payment option, such as bank transfers.
