Poor Service During Urgent Need

Extremely unprofessional experience. I've given this place a lot of business in the past. I urgently needed some medication for my mum, and the woman who works there assured me it would be delivered. Fortunately, I called to check, and the owner answered, outright refusing to deliver, claiming they had no staff available, which was a complete lie. They were aware of my situation and the urgency of the medications! This is a disgraceful standard of service.

Highly Unprofessional Pharmacy Experience

This pharmacy is the worst in the area. The staff is incredibly unprofessional. I went in seeking advice for a minor wound drainage treatment and asked for an antibiotic or something similar, but they refused to help me simply because I was wearing casual shorts. They laughed at me and said the owner instructed them not to sell any treatment. It seems like everyone who works there assumes that all customers are drug addicts or thieves. Is there a dress code requiring a suit and tie to enter a store? The pharmacist was unprofessional and clearly doesn't know how to treat customers or patients. The so-called owner is just as bad as the staff. I would not recommend this place at all.

Terrible Experience with Medication

I am utterly shocked by my visit to this pharmacy! I brought in a prescription from my doctor, but they filled it with completely different medication that was NOT what was prescribed. This is not just irresponsible; it's dangerously negligent! This is not only a clear breach of medical ethics, but it also endangers patients by interfering with their treatment plans. If I hadn’t double-checked the medication at home, I could have found myself in a harmful situation. This level of service is not just unprofessional—it's reckless! I expect an immediate explanation and an apology. I relied on this pharmacy to manage my health properly, and they utterly failed. I will never come back here, and I strongly advise others to steer clear if they care about their health. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MEDICATION!
